Officer Devine was a bully years before becoming a cop. He used to text disgusting names to students during the school day when he was in high school. (He was unbeknownst to parents a Teacher’s Aid.)

His bullying was glossed over by the teacher he was an aid for. He was protected while students were expected to endure Devin’s taunts and threats.

The school board was made aware. A promised return call from Vincent Carriello (sp?) was never received. I suspect he is related to then-Superintendent Devine.

He was a liar and bully & sounds like he still is.

This Liberty Government was sort of something for which I was thinking about One Nation under God being renamed “Liberty Republic” being if all countries are to combined with having same government and have to all be our future events and having to be a good idea to be named for the one Nation.

Who wrote this bullshit? Must have been Calvin tooting his own horn again. Fact: The State of Maryland advocated for well water not from Chester Water Authority. Before any of these transactions occurred Calvin tried to sell water to Nottingham PA and Port Deposit failed. Now Rising Sun water tastes of chlorine. Rising Sun taxpayers are under contract to purchase twice the water they currently use. I doubt this will be posted because Rising Sun town administration is a nefarious joke on its townspeople!

Don’t know what happened to Ellis ; came from a good Father and Mother, his Dad would have been really pissed off if he were alive.

Well as it goes he probably was under the influence, cant picture Ellis being that stupid “as a trial lawyer”. His appeal was nonsense, a waste of time. Should have saved the money.

I am disgusted that a police officer treated someone this way. Especially a woman that was trying to be a proactive parent. I have a lung disorder as well and am not allowed to wear a mask. My oxygen levels plummet and the mask caused bacterial pneumonia. The officer taking it upon himself to override a doctors note is totally uncalled for. Who does he think he is? It is none of his business what her diagnosis is. It is HIPA and personal. Wearing a mask and mandating it be work is unconstitutional. Abusing power by a police officer is totally uncalled for and he needs to be terminated immediately. If he will act like that in front of people what is he capable of when no one is around???

I am glad the 4 charges were dropped and I hope the other two are as well. I appreciate Mrs Somers bravery.
Hot tempers and authority are not a good combination.
