This is sad situation that’s goes on way to much people that run these kind of places should be checked out on a regular basses and I don’t mean giving them a heads up. Maryland also needs to have more stringent laws for these kind of people that have know respect for a living creature I don’t know how a person could hurt something to me is so amazing.Im
