Well as it goes he probably was under the influence, cant picture Ellis being that stupid “as a trial lawyer”. His appeal was nonsense, a waste of time. Should have saved the money.

Rollins has screwed me over too. In 1999-2000 he messed up an injury case. He offered either I sue him for malpractice or he’d give me his townhouse, 131 Mike ct Elkton for a year rent free then he’d sell it to me, $10000 lower than the asking price when I moved in. Long story short, I got the free rent for 10 months and then he went back on word (I know, should have gotten it in writing) . He evicted me and that was the last I’ve heard from him.
